Scott’s Grant is conveniently located on Highway 150 between Summerfield and Brown Summit. Take Hwy 220 north coming from Greensboro to Hwy 150 East and turn right. Travel approximately 4 miles and Scott’s Grant is located on your right.

Traveling north on Church Street, turn left on Spencer Dixon Road. Travel past new Northern Middle & High School to stop sign. Turn left on to Hwy 150 and Scott’s Grant will be on your left.

About Scott's Grant:
Scott’s Grant takes us back to the mid 1700’s and has been the home for Scott families for all those years. They certainly were a significant part of Guilford County’s history and a part of a community that has been family oriented.

Since the 1700’s when the land grant was given to the Scott Family, they have been flourishing. Building homes, making a living and raising children. I can just image family get togethers with large numbers of brothers and sisters, cousins, aunts, uncles, Grandparents all enjoying the joys of family. Food was probably at the center of activities, each season bringing the best dish from each cook. Food that was probably grown right on the farms or hunted by the men of the family. Doesn’t it all sound just picture perfect.

Today you have the opportunity to live in this old but new community. We too, are taking advantage of the great location. Just minutes from downtown Greensboro, next door to new Northern Schools, easy access to major highways makes this great for everyone in the family.
